In a simpler time, all across America on Sunday evenings, families
could be found gathered around their Philco radios. Emanating from
what were often the parlor centerpieces were stories that entertained
the country, news that united the nation, and, communication that
kept us connected, each to each other. It was the beginning of our
nation truly stretching from sea to shining sea, and in that sense,
was perhaps the most hopeful time of all.
Now, you can return with us to that time with Sunday Night by the Philco.
On Sundays, August 10, 17, and 24, journey back with Mt. Hood Repertory Theatre Company
