Phil returns to Mt. Hood Rep for a fourth season having designed the lighting for You Can't Take It With You and Vanities (2004), Born Yesterday and Talley's Folly (2003), and Inherit the Wind (2002). Before moving to Gresham Phil was the Technical Director for the Majestic Theatre in Covallis, OR. He has provided technical direction to a number of local organizations including Gresham's own Chamber of Commerce annual Street Dance.
