Randy Patterson

Randy has appeared in 8 of the 9 American Classics Theatre Festivals for Mt. Hood Repertory Theatre Company. In 2005, he played Diamond Louis in The Front Page. Other roles for MHRT include Harry Brock in Born Yesterday, the Reverend Jeremiah Brown in Inherit the Wind, Mr. Stanley in The Man who Came to Dinner, Wilson in Harvey, and a member of the ensemble in Thurber Carnival and Sunday Night By The Philco.

A seasoned entertainer, Randy has been performing professionally for nearly 30 years. Most recently Randy has been seen as the General in Lorca in a Green Dress for Miracle Theatre (winner of the 2004 - 2005 Drammy Award for Outstanding Production), and filled in as Willy Loman in Death of a Salesman at Artists' Rep. Some of Randy's favorite roles include Gene in The Author's Voice, Wild Bill Hickok in Indians, Norman in The Boys Next Door, Sepp Schmitz in The firebugs, and Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Randy has done a great deal of voice-over work, having done commercials for OMSI, Fred Meyer, The Bite, and numerous other advertisers. Doing Character voices for Will Vinton was (and still is) a highlight in Randy's career. Also, Randy had a segment on KGW talk radio, The Perry Report, where he talked about the highlights of Perry Mason from the previous week.
