Suzanne Owens-Duval
Suzanne was recently seen by Mt. Hood Rep audiences in
2004's You Can't Take
It With You. Her acting experience in theatre, films and
television has covered a wide spectrum of roles from the
lead in Jane Eyre in the theatre to 'a lady of ill
repute' in Sinister Street for the B.B.C.
Born in London, of Irish parents, she studied as a child
actress at the Aida Foster Theatrical School of Dance and Drama.
By the age of fourteen she was playing juvenile lead roles
on television and radio. After leaving the Aida Foster School,
Suzanne continued to work in television, radio and theatre. Film
roles soon followed, including The Knack, The Dirty Dozen,
and George and Mildred.
In 1995 Suzanne's love for Oregon and her husband led her to
the Portland Metro-area. She declares that she loves it here,
and has every intention of staying.
